Players self-rate at registration using the following tiers. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust any rating before the draft based on prior play or observation.

• Beginner — New to softball. Doesnt play much league, etc. 
• Intermediate — USSSA E-level players.
• Advanced — USSSA D and above.

Players may register as a pair (2 players). Companion pairs are drafted as a unit and placed on the same team. Groups of 3 or more are not permitted.
